The production process is mainly below:

1. Raw material mixing by mixer (recycled PP +?Calcium carbonate)

2. After mixing, feeding into extruder by feeding machine

3. Material will be melt in barrels, caused by electrical heating and screw friction. melt material will be delivery to die head by screw rotation.

4. Material will into sheet in hollow structure after mould.

5. sheet through into calibration machine for cooling and final vacuum shaping.

6. there will be a cooling stacker for hollow corrugated sheet cool in nature.

7. Step after stacker,. haul-off machine keep sheet moving by traction power.

8. Cutting the sheet in setting length, there is a dust collection bin to make the workshop clean.

9. Finally, collection the formwork by manipulator working station.?
